“And into the forest I go, to lose my mind and find my soul”

Nothing compares to a scenic walk in nature while making new friends and restoring your mental health along the way. With the smell of the forest, trees purifying the air, sounds of birds, running streams and waterfall & mountain views, its an amazing way to de-stress while subtly getting exercise. We go at an easy pace so everyone can keep up. Hikes are typically 2-3 hours. Other activities include kayaking and going on food & walking tours of scenic areas. Occasionally, we'll have a 2 day backpacking overnight adventure and even plan a 4-7 day group vacation.

When joining us, make sure you have hiking boots and a water bottle. Consider trekking poles and snacks as well.
